At CouVolte Singapore, we stand by the quality and reliability of our power banks and cables. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty for a duration of 12 months from the date of delivery.

What does our warranty cover?

  • Manufacturing defects in materials upon delivery.
  • Missing parts or materials upon delivery.
  • Preformance issues like powerbank or cable not charging, magnetic power bank issues, and cracked/broken items upon delivery.
  • Non-performance within the product description.

What does our warranty not cover?

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Free products or items from unauthorized reseller.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of materials.
  • Damage from misuse (falls, extreme temperatures, water, improper usage).
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items beyond the warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues.
  • Repairs by third parties.
  • Physical damage from external sources or misuse.

Warranty Policy

  • CouVolte Singapore reserves the right to approve warranty claims.
  • Repairs or replacements are limited to the defective parts only.
  • Replacements may vary in color and texture from the original.
  • Warranty will be voided if the products becomes defective due to misuse, abuse, or lack of care.
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
  • The warranty applies to the original purchase only.
  • The warranty starts from original delivery date, recorded in our system.
  • Replacement does't renew the warranty; it continues from the original purchase date.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 7 working days of purchase.
  • Exchange items must be new, unsed, and in the original packaging.
  • Only one-time exchange allowed.
  • Customers to cover the price difference for higher-value exchanges.
  • No Refunds for lower-value exchanges.

Steps to make warranty claim

  • Submit a claim to couvoltesg@gmail.com within 7 days of detecting the defect.
  • Include your order number from our official online store and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Approved replacements will have equivalent performance by may differ in appearance.
  • In case a model is discontinued, we'll replace it with a similar product.
